Yes, I’m satisfied. In talking with them, I found that although not explicitly stated, they offer the same customization options as other vendors. Customization may or may not be free (depending, of course, on whether the manufacturer of your chosen doll charges you for the options you select), and the site is designed to easily display all of the options without making the site look cluttered. This means you won’t have to contact customer support for more information.
