Yes, I have nothing but praise for the team at this site. As I documented in a previous post, I ordered my first doll through this site. Unfortunately, the order was lost in transit, but the folks here were quick to respond and fix the problem. The replacement doll arrived within a couple weeks and I was overjoyed. I would not hesitate to order from them again in the future.
